• I'm originally from Czechia where I was a shepherd, cartographer and land surveyor. Eventually, I moved to Prague to study information design at the Prague Technical University. I've always been fascinated with the transformative power of art, design and technology, especially how it can bring people together or help solve problems in unique way. And to this day, design is still my biggest passion, enabling me to learn something new every single day

 

 

• In 1998 I moved to America to study graphic design and advertising

 

• In in 2003, I graduated from Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, as Bachelor of Fine Arts, with Summa Cum Laude honors, majoring in Advertising and Communication Design

 

 

• During my college years I interned as Jr. Art Director at Mad Dogs and Englishmen where I collaborated on new business pitches including EMIRATES and NY ORGAN DONOR NETWORK

 

 

• In 2002 I joined Intricate Concepts, a boutique design startup company where I developed promotional materials and apparel graphics for Budweiser, Timberland, Phat Farm and Marithé + François Girbaud

 

 

• After graduation, I landed an Art Director position at Draft Worldwide

 

 

• BANK OF AMERICA became my first client and within a short period of time I was overseeing the design portion of BofA’s Multicultural, POS and DM marketing efforts. I was responsible for launching the nationwide KEEP THE CHANGE™ campaign and the very successful expansion of the bank’s services into the Northeast region

 

 

• In 2005, I was part of the team that helped COMPUTER ASSOCIATES take its brand to the next level. We’ve completely redesigned CA’s identity and launched a successful global marketing campaign

 

 

• In 2006, I became the lead Art Director on AVAYA and its 2006 FIFA WORLD CUP sponsorship campaign and created print and TV executions for VERIZON WIRELESS & HP.

 

 

• After DRAFT merged with FCB, I started working on MERRILL LYNCH. Besides all of the communication materials running on national level, I launched a very successful campaign introducing paperless “E-DELIVERY” payment option to the ML’s customers around the globe

 

 

• In 2008, I came aboard KRAFT FOODS as a Sr. Art Director. I was responsible for rebranding of GEVALIA COFFEE via a campaign that delivered response rates not seen in years

 

 

• I also worked on the OREO’s digital assignments and the iconic print campaign that won several ADDY® awards

 

 

• In 2009, I was part of a large scale marketing push to help refresh the brand identity for the United States Department of Agriculture’s FOOD PYRAMID

 

 

• In 2010, I led a photoshoot featuring Venus and Serena Williams who starred in the NABISCO’s DIET LIKE A DIVA™ campaign. Later, I was involved in the national integrated marketing campaign for the 2010 U.S. CENSUS that won Bronze Effie helped GERBER launch the new line of baby food to the US market under the GERBER GENERATION campaign

 

 

• During my career I worked on several Pharmaceutical accounts. I was part of the team responsible for rebranding of NESTLÉ’s Health Science division and Teva’s PlanB website. I also helped AMGEN launch PROLIA, a new drug that plays an important role in the treatment of osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis

 

 

• Later in 2010, when KRAFT lost its Starbucks license, GEVALIA COFFEE was due for an account review. Four rival agencies were pitching DRAFTFCB’s GEVALIA business. The new “SWEDEN YOUR DAY” campaign, that I was essential part of, ensured that DRAFTFCB would retain the business for another term

 

 

• In 2011, I won the Face Award – an ultimate recognition any DRAFTFCB employee could receive

 

 

• After helping DRAFTFCB win the NIVEA business, I participated in the launch of NIVEA for MEN “LOOK LIKE YOU GIVE A DAMN” campaign

 

 

• In the end of 2011, I produced several low-budget FISHER-PRICE toy commercials for the US & UK markets

 

 

• In March 2012, I moved to Erwin Penland as an Associated Creative Director leading the Verizon’s Prometheus Mission Connect campaign. I ended up staying with Verizon, helping raise the level of creative for VZ FiOS and VZ Wireless brands

 

 

• In 2014, after pitching and winning the digital business for CIT Bank, I became the VP Creative Director on the account

 

 

• In 2015, I joined Wilson where I lead a team of creatives on SUEZ, NATIONWIDE and KAISER PERMANENTE

 

 

• Finally, in 2017, I helped launch the Crow Creative Agency — a successful marketing startup where I keep innovating for SPECTRUM, SPECTRUM BUSINESS, STRIDE and AUL
